Beginning build 0.02

Hello, Welcome to Beginning build 0.02. we updated the project tower of depth. 

• Added resources. Sugar where player can collect to later contrct buildings. 
• Respawn system now the player can respawn after dying.
• Simple ui displaying player health and build button
